We Study and Research Your Business
When you place an order, we provide a simple, easy to answer questionnaire. The questions range from
general questions about your business to the colors ideas and the image you want to create, the companies
you compete with, to get an overall feel for your business and how best to create the logo that is just
right for your needs.

We design multiple concepts depending upon your package
Within 3-5 business days, we’ll send you your first concepts for viewing. You will be given a
password protected login to our secure server to view your logo concepts in your personal Client Viewing
Center.
We’ll ask you to pick a concept you like, and give us feedback on how we can make it better.
We'll listen to and implement your suggestions. We're also happy to provide our expert opinions.

We revise your logo design based on your feedback
We’ll incorporate your feedback into the next set of revisions. (Sometimes we even get your logo
right in the first concept!) In this stage we’ll be focusing on color, font, and other image issues.

Finalize your logo:
Once you’re completely satisfied with your logo we’ll send you the finals
via email as well as upload them at your Client Center from where you can easily download them.
If you’ve ordered a logo + stationery and business card combo package, once we
finalize your logo we’ll start working on your stationery. If you think you’ll need stationery
within the next six months, we strongly recommend getting the logo + stationery combo package now. We’ll
be better able to incorporate stationery design elements during logo design, while the ideas are still
fresh.
